ZASTOSOWANIE

For fixed installation or use in dry areas. Not suitable for outdoor use, i.e. in the ground or in water. May not be laid in areas exposed to harsh weather conditions. For permanent internal connections, in control and electronic devices, industrial electronics installations, in measuring technology.Used in permanent connections and cabling of telephone networks, in telecommunications devices, alarm and intercom systems. For connect information processing devices, in ICT networks operating in moderate climate.
On the basis of separate arrangements, some types of cables can be made in a spiral version - additional symbol "r", e.g. QTLYr.
spiral versions also available (QTLYr )

PACKING
Cable wound on a reel Cable packed in a coil Cable wound on a spool

TECHNICAL DATA

Max. operating temperature at the conductor:

  • 70°C (QTLY)
  • 90°C (QTLYc)

Working voltage:

  • 150 V

Test voltage:

  • 1000 V – for cables with minimal insulation thickness of cores 0,15mm
  • 1500 V – for cables with minimal insulation thickness of cores 0,30mm
  • 2000 V – for cables with minimal insulation thickness of cores 0,40mm

Number of cores, outer diameter of cables or non-standard diameters of insulated cores, colours and arrangement of cores,  colour of the outer sheath – to be agreed.

The cables cannot be used for high-current installation outside the devices.

By separate agreement, some types of the specified cables may be made in the following version:

  • spiral – additional marking with “r” – e.g. QTLYr;
  • shielded (spiral / helically applied) – additional marking with “ek”.

The detailed technical specification of the wires, including tables on available cross-sections and their parameters such as approximate cable diameter, weight, nominal insulation thickness, and conductor resistance, can be found in the PDF datasheet of QTLY cable

All technical data provided in the cable datasheet and on this page are for informational purposes only and may change without prior notice. They do not constitute an complete list of possible cable variations. We are eager to develop and manufacture additional constructions listed in the standards, as well as custom versions upon request.

Technical details and the offer may change according to market needs and the requirements of applicable standards.
