§.1 General Provisions

The data controller is Spółdzielnia Inwalidów Metalowo-Elektro-Chemiczna „SIMECH” with its registered office in Zakładowa Street 1 32-600 Oświęcim-Babice, Poland, hereinafter referred to as SI Simech.

Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of universally applicable laws, and data storage takes place on secured servers. For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Regulations or as described in the Privacy Policy is used (if it directly follows from the description).
